Ask: Develop a launch toolkit that will help unlock how Baileys’ 2 new non-dairy SKUs, Cookies & Creamy and Coffee Toffee, can show up at retail and drive excitement in-store.
Solution: The case bin and corrugate rack needed to be both eye-catching and flexible—highlighting both SKUs while remaining variant-agnostic in the event that a retailer only carries one SKU. That led me to lean into what the bottles had in common: the bottle shape, graphic cues, and textures, and using green to call out key aspects of this product.
